Jim is experienced in sales and marketing in the insurance and investment industries. He has a unique ability to meet people, build relationships and establish trust. He is recognized for expertise in his profession and in networking.
Jim is the founder and CEO J.Alan Financial, which is a company that specializes in investments that focus on Safe Money growth opportunities. The primary products he uses are life insurance and annuities. Jim has also trained several agents, teaching them how to use life insurance to replace income, as a source of charitable giving, and for estate tax payment. He trains agents to use annuities to grow the clients money safely and to replace income during retirement.
As the president of The Referral Stream, Jim is a speaker and trainer to companies that are interested in implementing a referral-based business instead of their traditional marketing methods. Through his own method of Referral Mapping, he teaches people how to identify their ideal client, where to find that client, how to ask for an introduction, and how to develop meaningful business relationships. Jim does business consulting to large groups, one-to-one, and in smaller groups.
Jim has earned the title Assistant Director in BNI. His responsibilities include oversight of 4 chapters of BNI, their staffing, conflict resolution, goal setting and attainment, and training new members for success.
